When disaster strikes we are here to help!
We can deal with most floods and help restore your house or building back to normal as quickly as possible to prevent future mold or mildew problems. Concentrating on safely drying, deodorizing and disinfecting the areas flooded or damaged by water, to help minimize water damage to walls, floors, carpets and upholstery. We start by extracting as much water as possible. Usually 95% of the water can be removed effectively with our truckmounted extraction system. Then we will set up drying equipment to remove the excess water from your walls floors and carpets etc, these include dehumidifiers, turbo dryers, air movers and wall drying equipment. We will then return daily to monitor the equipment and measure humidty and tempature to ensure proper drying is taking place.
We use specialist equipment:
Air Movers / Turbo Dryers The number one thing that increases the rate of evaporation from wet materials is airflow, the more rapid the better. Air Movers or Turbo Dryers are designed to create laminar airflow and increase evaporation for water damage restoration. Of course, we also need to be able to handle the humidity created from this rapid rate of evaporation with a dehumidification system.
Dehumidifiers We have a range of differant flood restoration dehumidifiers,(large and small, refridgerant and dessicants), these are used to draw moisture out of the air, which will lower the humidity and aide in the drying of the areas needed much faster than when not used. The moisture is pulled into the dehumidifier and then dispensed through a hose to a drain or sink. This will also prevent other porous surfaces from absorbing the moisture from the air and prevent damage to home items that draw in that moisture.
