HOW DOES THIS WORK?

We apply a special cleaner to the tile and grout that helps to release the dirt.  Then using our Truck Mounted Equipment and a special tile cleaning tool, we apply very hot soft water at 1200 psi into the tile and grout blasting all the dirt out of the fine pours of the tile and grout.  All the time the water is being applied, we are constantly sucking the water and dirt out to bring out the original beauty and colour of the tile and grout leaving your floor perfectly clean and residue free, there will be no over-spray and the floor will be dry and ready to walk on in 30 minutes .
